"I met Heather at our gym classes and found her to be a great wealth of knowledge in nutrition. She never let on that she was an extremely accomplished, highly educated dietitian...she was "Heather", the lady at the gym that is in incredible shape, has a calm disposition and extremely generous with her nutritional advice. I would pick her brain with regards to my debilitating heartburn and strong desire to knock off pounds that had found their way onto my body over the years.
