This is a personalized service in which I would review:

Group Workshops & Classes
I have many workshops already developed that I update frequently. Program development is a passion of mine, so I would enjoy developing a program for your special interest or special population. These would be conducted preferably in person, but can be via telehealth.
Private Grocery Store Tour
This would be performed in the client’s grocery store and would include ideas for a shopping list & meals, although we will likely focus on the types of foods and drinks that the client buys most often. I will educate client on label reading, best choices, and how to tell what they are really buying.
Weight Management Workshop
Identify personal barriers to weight management and learn practical solutions to keep weight off permanently with Heather Gilliam. Each client receives specific guidance and printed nutrition guides.
Educational Guide Development

Quick Transformational Tips
Diagnosis
Know that many times a new diagnosis like Diabetes or High Cholesterol can be a blessing because it puts us on a new healthy path, a new trajectory with new opportunities to feel healthier and happier.
Motivational Tool
Write out your "Consequences & Motivations". This is your honest view of what will happen to you if your nutrition habits don't improve. Then, conversely, what is waiting for you if you make significant, small changes that you can live with. Have this list somewhere where you will read it daily.
A Nutrition Meditation
Stay positive. Good food is nourishment and premium fuel. Feel it nourishing you and lifting you up. Recognize the healing that is taking place. Eating healthy food is a privilege. It provides true freedom. Develop a food mantra that you recite when you make food choices.
Eating Habits
Ask yourself why you're eating each time you eat. Note the difference between physical hunger and emotional hunger. What is the emotion? Why is it there? What's the healthiest way to handle it?
Quick Tip
Keep individual 8oz wild caught salmon filets in freezer. Each week, marinate/defrost one overnight in the fridge, and bake the next day. Snack on, throw in a salad or taco, mix in quinoa, etc to make sure you get your fish in over the course of the week.
Self Care
Value self-care as part of your daily routine because it supports everything we strive for. Consider getting in nature, playing music, lighting candles, time with friends, eating well, and gratitude journaling to help you avoid alcohol, isolation, and negative thinking.
Exercise
COMMIT to exercising once or twice a week, and build upon that after you've established a consistency of success with once or twice a week.
Portion Control
To help with portion control, try putting your silverware down between bites, using smaller silverware, or sipping water between bites.
Weight Management
Stay off the scale. Focus on how your clothes fit around the waist & how you feel.
Healthy Eating
Add sliced fruit or a bit of 100% juice to water or sparkling water to dress it up.
